The French brand Charlier has produced a wide range of bicycles, from pure road bikes to city vélos.
This ladies model has the classic "anglais" steel frame with a sloping single top tube.

It's an elegant one with an original paintjob and parts. Apart from the white Simplex shifting parts, is is equipped with also white CLB brakes.

It's a practical one with front and rear lights, rack and a stainless steel mudguards. These are attached to the frame by additional braze-ons on the front fork and seat stays, which ensures that they are really stable and you won't hear any ratteling noise any more.
